OSE has extensive experience coordinating all types of fundraising events including benefit dinners, luncheons, golf tournaments, and major benefit concert events. This includes working closely with the planning committee to engage its members in the process of organizing a financially successful event. We offer our clients valuable insight and expertise on written materials to communicate their message effectively; negotiate contracts; select caterers, florists, musicians, and more.
Corporate Events
From organizing small corporate events for groups of four to creating educational forums, corporate conferences, employee celebrations and social activities for groups as large as 18,000, OSE's expertise runs the gamut. OSE has experience coordinating sales-incentive meetings, branded launches, company picnics, team-building events, retirement dinners, bank offerings, groundbreaking ceremonies and corporate golf outings. OSE also manages corporate events held in conjunction with major events, such as the USGA and USTA tournaments. Services include site selection, coordination of third-party vendors, room-block management, menu selection, development of written and printed materials, audio/visual coordination, and more.
Golf Outings
With years of experience managing golf outings, we organized pro-am as well as amateur events at many prestigious courses in the New York metropolitan area. In addition, we have executed events in conjunction with major golf tournaments, including the U.S. Open. OSE manages all of the pre-event details, including working with the committee, drafting the invitation copy, ordering sponsor signage and handling all of the event-day details, including registration, meals, awards, prizes, and more.
